Where does the experience depart from?
The catamaran departs from Palma Port. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for boarding.
How long is the experience?
The experience lasts approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes, from 17:00 until 21:30.

What is the difference between General and VIP?
- General Experience: Standard seating areas around the catamaran.

Are eclipse glasses included?
Yes. Every guest receives certified eclipse viewing glasses to safely observe the Solar Eclipse.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the catamaran from sailing?
If weather or sea conditions make navigation unsafe, the event will still take place on board while the catamaran remains safely moored in the harbour. Guests will enjoy the eclipse, gourmet catering, drinks and the onboard atmosphere as planned. Safety is always our highest priority.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the guest: bookings can only be cancelled up to
15 days before the start of the activity, with a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the activity, no-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Sa Calma Boats: if the experience has to be cancelled due to
adverse weather, sea conditions or operational reasons, guests will receive a
full refund of the amount paid, or the option to move the booking to another
available date.

Visibility of the eclipse: the Solar Eclipse is a natural astronomical event and
its visibility depends on atmospheric conditions such as cloud cover, haze or Saharan dust.
If the experience takes place as planned but the eclipse cannot be seen due to these conditions,
no refund will be issued, as the service (cruise, certified eclipse glasses,
gourmet catering, drink and onboard entertainment) has been provided in full.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our customer service team. Refunds are processed
to the original method of payment and may take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank.
